Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods are Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Once a credit card order is processed, the cardholder’s account will be verified at the time of purchase. If the credit card is declined, the order will be cancelled.
By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You also authorize us to charge the full amount due to that payment method.
Product Appearance and Online Images
Manufacturers may, from time to time, modify the appearance, packaging, or included parts/accessories of a product without prior notice to Sel-Eau-Tech Inc. In such cases, Sel-Eau-Tech Inc. cannot be held responsible for any differences between the product received and the images displayed online.
Order Cancellation
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible to increase the chances of stopping the order before it is processed or shipped. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping and Delivery
By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide a valid email address and accurate shipping information. Please note that we currently ship within the province of Quebec only.
We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel any order when necessary. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method.
While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Typical delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number and shipping updates by email.
Shipping Fees and Risk
Once products are shipped via a carrier, Sel-Eau-Tech Inc.'s responsibility for loss, damage, or non-delivery is limited to the terms and liability conditions set by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Products
All lost or damaged items must be reported to Sel-Eau-Tech Inc. within 3 days of receipt.
Claims must be submitted in writing (email only). Verbal claims will not be accepted.

Return Policy
To initiate a return, contact us by email at info@seleautech.com. You must provide:

The original invoice (proof of purchase)

The reason for the return

A photo of the product showing its condition
A return authorization number will be issued. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order (delivery confirmation/signature as proof). Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags.
No returns will be accepted after this period.
Important Notice
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
Exceptions
Opened or damaged boxes are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation by email. The product will be inspected, and a final decision will be communicated within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.
Defective Products
At its sole discretion, Sel-Eau-Tech Inc. limits its responsibility to the repair or replacement of defective products, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
